Nicholas Saxena – Solicitor

Nicholas obtained his degree after reading French, German and Spanish at Sheffield University and subsequently attended the College of Law where he obtained the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

After completing his academic legal studies, Nicholas obtained two years of legal experience within law firms in Liverpool and London. He then returned to Wirral in 2006 to join Halsalls as a trainee solicitor, building strong knowledge and practical experience in all of the firm's diverse practice areas. 

Following qualification as a solicitor in October 2008, Nicholas' specialist areas of work are in Probate, Wills, Deputyships and other types of applications in the Court of Protection, handling the affairs of the elderly and Lasting Powers of Attorney. His attention to detail and calm presentation of procedures to clients in sometimes vulnerable and stressful situations has gained a growing following amongst the firm's established clients.
